A Monday evening reset for women who carry a lot.

Tide Circle is a weekly women’s wellness gathering created to help you slow down, regulate your nervous system, reconnect with yourself, and begin the week with more steadiness.

For two hours each Monday evening, you are invited to stop performing, stop over-functioning, and simply return.

This space was created for you if…

Tide Circle may be a good fit if you are a woman who often finds herself holding everything together for everyone else.

It may be for you if you are a caregiver, mother, helper, teacher, nurse, therapist, military spouse, community leader, or sensitive high-achiever who is emotionally tired from carrying responsibility without enough places to be held in return.

This circle is for women who are learning how to rest without guilt, ask for support, reconnect with their bodies, build meaningful friendships, and create rhythms of self-care that feel sustainable and real.

What happens in a Tide Circle?

Each gathering is intentionally simple, warm, and grounding.

  • Quiet arrival with tea and soft music
  • Gentle grounding or breathwork
  • Nervous system education
  • Mindfulness or somatic reflection
  • Journaling
  • Soft ritual
  • Guided discussion
  • Community connection
  • Weekly intention setting

You do not need experience with meditation, therapy, yoga, or women’s circles. You only need a willingness to show up as you are.

Begin the week grounded instead of depleted.

Mondays can carry a lot: schedules, responsibilities, caregiving, work demands, emotional labor, and the pressure to immediately return to productivity.

Tide Circle offers a different rhythm. Rather than beginning the week in survival mode, Monday evening becomes a place to pause, breathe, reflect, and reconnect before the rest of life pulls you in every direction.

It is a weekly return. A reset. A reminder that you do not have to earn rest.

A note on scope

Tide Circle is not group therapy, crisis care, medical treatment, or a substitute for mental health services.

It is a restorative, educational, community-based wellness experience designed to support reflection, regulation, and connection.

Participants are encouraged to maintain their own therapeutic, medical, or crisis supports as needed.

Founding Circle begins September

I am currently gathering interest for a founding Monday evening Tide Circle in Anchorage beginning in September.

Space will be intentionally limited to keep the gathering personal, warm, and grounded.

Joining the interest list does not obligate you to register. It simply allows you to receive first access to dates, location details, founding member pricing, and registration details when they become available.
