We are a Non-profit Organization bringing secular and holistic practices and workshops, in emotional intelligence, relational intelligence, and growth mindset to at risk populations for the sake of healing and interrupting broken generational cycles of violence, neglect, abuse, and adversity.
Sage My Soul wants to help break generational trauma and interrupt cycles of dysfunction in families in adversity and at risk populations.
We are on a mission to educate those in foster care.
Sage My Soul is committed to preparing families for reintegration when it is in the best interest of the child by offering education in parenting, self-regulation, mindfulness, and self-coaching.
As Trauma-informed Care Coaches, our mission is to prevent children from making destructive choices for themselves as a result of their trauma and bring awareness to the importance of conflict management, relational intelligence, emotional awareness, and a growth mindset in the face of adversity.
We are making a promise to our community.
With every package, course, or product purchase on our website, not only are you investing in your own self-development, but you are sponsoring someone who has faced adversity to participate in our education programs around self-healing, productivity, life skills, and mindfulness. We are seeking to put true meaning behind “Heal yourself; heal the world.”
Did you know that there are just as many foster children in the U.S. as there are registered churches?
With the growing gap between those needing stability and a home and the resources simply not there for the increasing demand, it is our company’s mission to offer support in fostering relationships and managing conflicts within the household. We will offer courses to parents, foster parents, and foster children (age appropriate) in relevant relational intelligence curricula, behavior strategies, and emotional intelligence. This will help prevent the displacement of children who are housed in family-style homes and allow resources for those in shelters to be utilized a little more efficiently.
Online Courses We Offer :
Trauma Informed Care
Mindfulness
Life Skills
Learn how to identify trauma response behaviors, what to do in cases of crisis, and how trauma effects the community at large.
Learn about mindfulness and how we can apply it to various categories in life like: parenting, eating, relationships, and self discovery.
We teach skills like time management, self-coaching, growth mindset, and goal setting to help continue the healing journey and transition people from survival mode to thriving.
Victims of domestic violence, transient communities, teen moms, and other at risk populations are in our sights.
We have big dreams and goals and would like to eventually offer workshops and seminars for those needing assistance with daily living. We forget that life skills like bill paying, grocery shopping, and proper hygiene routines are essential to learn as most of us had exposure to these lessons in our day to day childhood. However, populations of people that come from adversity or instability may need more in depth instruction than what they had received from their care takers in childhood. We are committed to volunteering our services to these cases so that we can help them create a solid foundation to start their personal growth from.

Our Big Vision For The Future
We would love to own a property where we can house transitional living cases, teen moms, and victims of domestic violence on a large ranch property. The property will also act as a retreat space where individuals can camp, host their own conferences and retreats, teach homestead skills to those in our programs, and utilize the time at the ranch to build skills, attend therapies, and gather their bearing before moving into independent living.
We would love to develop a property that is sustainable, producing food, used as recreation, and with horses on site for equine therapy and leisure riding. We would love any support or resources we can get to make this big vision come to fruition.
