There are 12 zodiac signs representing a different personality type. Some people believe that your zodiac sign can say a lot about your character and how you will behave in certain situations.

While it’s fun to read about your zodiac sign and its meaning, it’s important to remember that these descriptions are just generalizations. It would help if you did not try to fit yourself into a mold based on your zodiac sign – you are unique and complex, and there is no single description that can sum you up.

 

That said, here is a brief overview of the 12 zodiac signs and what they mean:

1. Aries (March 21 – April 19)

For example, Aries people are energetic and outgoing.

Aries (The Ram, Fire Sign, Cardinal Sign) Represents: New beginnings, adventurer, courage, part of the body is the ‘head.’ Aries is the first zodiac sign representing new beginnings. Those with a Taurus sun sign are reliable and down-to-earth. They are patient and persistent but can also be quite stubborn. The part of the body associated with Taurus is the throat.

Cancer people are loyal and emotional.

Leo people are confident and outspoken.

6. Virgo (August 23 – September 22)

Virgo people are practical and detail-oriented.

Virgo (The Virgin, Earth Sign, Mutable Sign) Represents: Analytical, perfectionism, helpfulness, part of the body is the ‘stomach.’ Virgo is an earth sign and is associated with the element of earth. Those with a Virgo sun sign are practical and detail-oriented. They are often perfectionists who like to be helpful. The part of the body associated with Virgo is the stomach.

7. Libra (September 23 – October 22)

Libra people are cooperative and fair-minded.

Libra (The Scales, Air Sign, Cardinal Sign) Represents: Balance, relationships, justice; part of the body is the ‘kidneys.’ Libra is an air sign associated with the element of air. Those with a Libra sun sign are cooperative and fair-minded. They value balance and harmony in their relationships and strive for justice. The part of the body associated with Libra is the kidneys.

Aquarius people are individualistic and inventive.

Those with an Aquarius sun sign are individualistic and inventive. They are often ahead of their time and known for their progressive views. 12. Pisces (February 19 – March 20)

Pisces people are compassionate and imaginative.

Pisces (The Fish, Water Sign, Mutable Sign) Represents: Compassion, intuition, imagination, part of the body is the ‘feet.’ Pisces is a water sign associated with the element of water. Those with a Pisces sun sign are compassionate and imaginative. They often have strong intuitive powers and a vivid imagination. The part of the body associated with Pisces is the feet.
